By consolidating existing suppliers and centralising operations, Insite was able to significantly reduce costs and complexity.

We introduced a single-invoice system and leveraged our national coverage to ensure candidates were always close to one of our training centres.

Insite’s training coordinator team maintained regular communication with both B&A Scaffolding and the candidates, providing full transparency and updates via text, phone, and email.
