At the time Capita engaged with Insite, they were managing all the HGV licence acquisition in-house.
Due to the size of the organisation, this meant coordinating with training centres across the UK.
This approach led to delays and resulted in their driver training programme not being completed on time.
Challenge
Capita experienced significant interest in their internal HGV upskill scheme, putting strain on internal teams to manage the logistics of training a large number of employees in multiple areas of the UK.
